Hi,
It’s Kerry, just to let you know we begin harvesting today.
There is little finished honey on the hives to spin off until January but there is very fresh and delicious pollen at this time of the season, so I’m scraping fresh made honey with freshly collected pollen.
You will find a 3.5Kg pot of honey and pollen at your door before mid December. Let the pollens melt into the honey for a day or so.
Use as is with wax and all or strain off the liquid honey using a colander.
