The first national Hospice Strawberry Festival will take place this November with 13 hospices around New Zealand selling strawberries and ice-cream to the public.

Mercy Hospice Auckland will be hosting their Strawberry Festival on Wednesday 4th November at Queen Elizabeth II Square, Downtown, Central Auckland. Strawberries & ice-cream will be on sale from 8am and the collectable 2009 ‘Strawberry Angel’ Christmas decoration can also be purchased at the festival. All proceeds raised from the event will enable hospices to continue to support people with terminal illness and their families free of charge.

The Strawberry Festival will be a fun and festive occasion; a chance to celebrate the new season’s strawberries and the perfect opportunity to ‘do lunch’ with friends, colleagues and clients. We hope to see you there on the 4th November!

We’re trying to encourage as many companies and individuals to visit the festival, so please forward this information to your contacts to help us promote the event.
Thanks for your support.

Kind regards,
Verity
