A blog for Business Women

As regular readers of this blog will be aware – one of the topics that is of particular interest to me is the subject of leadership.  I don’t know if it is the maverick in me – or perhaps some latent aversion to authority – however investigating alternative approaches to what is generally referred to as hierarchical type leadership has become something of a passion for me.  I was very pleased therefore to be asked to contribute an article to a website that exists to explore the topic of leadership.

The site is called “flokka Think” – and is a blog that specifically targets women in business.  As explained on the site, “here you’ll gain insights from influential business authors, thought leaders and change agents from around the world.
