Start by saying…

This morning we are again focussing on your 60-seconds!

Do the other chapter members really know who to look and listen for?

Just as last week we looked at what referrals for you were saying and doing, this week we are examining what they look like.

So, how will I recognise a customer for you?

If it is an individual, what will he or she look like? Tall, short, fat, thin, old, young, married, single, tradesperson or a professional……. etc

If it is a company, what will it look like? Large, medium or small; how many employees; premises you visit or come to you; in an office or a factory; long established or start-up; service or product based…….. etc

These are some of the things that we need to know about your perfect client. And if you don’t know what they look like, how can we?

So start making a list, a profile of who you are looking for.

And then start telling us, bit by bit.

Focus on one aspect each week and slowly we will build a picture of who we are looking for.
