Gratitude
It is the last meeting of the Year. We are celebrating that whatever kind of year we have personally had; we shared the year together. It’s a great time to pause and take stock of what we are grateful for. There is always someone worse off than us. Just being here today in this room is proof of that.
Since this is that last meeting of the year, rather than our usual weekly presentations, we invite you to share what you are grateful for, be it personal, in business or in BNI. Who or what made a positive difference to you? It doesn’t have to be deeply personal or earth shattering, even small wins might have gone unnoticed but on reflection might change our view of the year.
Poet Robert Brault said it simply, “Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realise they were the big things.”
