Jasbindar Singh – business psychologist, leadership coach, author and speaker. Jasbindar is the founder of SQ Executive Management Consultancy Ltd. Developing effective leaders – whether CEO of SME’s or executives in large corporate - with a strong integrity and values base is a key feature of the work that Jasbindar does. A consistent feedback from Jasbindar’s clients is the high level of professionalism, clear insights and caring that she provides in facilitating client insights and outcomes. Jasbindar is only one of two New Zealand licensees for the Integrity and Values profiling tool as well as being accredited in many other psychometric tools including emotional intelligence (EQ) for leadership and team effectiveness. Jasbindar is a senior coach for the Authentic Leadership Course at the Auckland University of Technology Centre for Innovative Leadership - www.leadership.aut.ac.nz. She is also part of the Executive Coaching Centre network initiated by Dr Iain McCormick – www.eccltd.co.nz and part of the team of founding members of Coaching Psychologists Special Interest Group in New Zealand (CPSIG).
