MSP TRAINING SOUTH/EAST AUCKLAND

by Rosemary Meyer

03-2A very successful Membership Success Programme (MSP) Training was held last night at the Papakura RSA, South Auckland.

This event was very well supported with 40 members in attendance.  It was fantastic to see almost every member of BNI Counties Chapter there.  Two long term members, one who has been 9 years with the chapter and the other 7 years, said it was great to come for a refresher.

Two new chapters have been launched in the South/East Auckland region over the last 3 months and it was wonderful to see these new members taking in the tips,  tricks and advice which Graham Southwell shared with the group on how to maximise  membership and how to successfully utilise the 60 second and 10 minute presentation slots to advantage.

During the networking session prior to training there were lots of energizing conversations taking place.  Old friends and colleagues meeting up, dances being booked with members of other chapters and a new member application was also submitted.

After training was completed members of BNI Counties, Graham Southwell National Director and Paul and Rosemary Meyer Assistant Directors enjoyed a social get together over dinner.

While visiting BNI Franklin Chapter this morning, it was evident to see, that the two new members who attended training last night,  heeded Graham’s teaching and put into practice the learning from the training, during their 60 second presentations.

Thanks Rosemary – it was a fun evening and a great complement to yourself and Paul that so many members attended and the dinner afterwards was an added bonus 🙂
