This popular BNI Counties Chapter member was on cloud nine this week after attending “The Night of the Stars” Awards Ball at the Rendezvous Hotel in Auckland, where L J Hooker Manurewa took away a variety of awards.
Saturday 29th May 2010 was an exciting night for Dylan Turner of L J Hooker Manurewa, South Auckland. He is the owner of this “Award Winning” office and has been involved with real estate for the past 15 years. Dylan is certainly proving to be a top achiever.
Dylan received the Multi Million Dollar Captain’s Club award. Currently out of 600 agents there are only 27 people in New Zealand who hold this status. He also received a plaque acknowledging his 15 years in real estate. His office won the Most Productive Team Award for New Zealand and came second in Community Marketing for New Zealand. One of Dylan’s sales people Sandy Warrington was awarded the Best New Talent Award. This is the fourth time in four years that someone from L J Hooker Manurewa has won this award. Sandy will now be the New Zealand representative at the World Awards.
Dylan was also nominated for Franchise Owner of the Year along with two other franchise owners, one of which has a sales person in BNI Eastside Chapter.
Dylan is currently the Real Estate representative in BNI Counties Chapter of which he has been a member for the past 7 years. When I spoke with Dylan this week I asked him what he believed the secret to his success was. He told me he is passionate for what he does. He supports and coaches his team of sales people. He uses his networks to his best advantage and of course his sales team of BNI Counties Chapter members. Dylan also puts his success down to using Paul Ayers, of The BMC, a Business Consultant, who keeps him on track and focussed.
