Triathlon eh – now you are throwing down the gauntlet! I am sure that Hospice would welcome any sponsorship you are able to raise and am always happy to promote hospice events on this blog – especially from one of my sisters!

I hadn’t realised that you were both doing your bit for hospices, albeit on the other side of the world. Perhaps I should try and make it a family thing and also raise sponsorship for them in my forthcoming Triathlon.
