As a friend of mine in the hospitality industry says – When someone comes up to her to ask her something, she says “The answer to your question is Yes. Now what’s the question?” said with a big smile and an attitude of listening. Because the answer is always Yes. Even if what follows is “no”, you begin with a Yes. Powerful stuff.
