Thank you for referring to my post on people pleasing, NOT looking after oneself and confusing that with being selfish. 
It is a killer that &#039;people pleasing&#039; behaviour,  that we women in particluar have been so conditioned into. With many of us taking on roles in business as well as at home, too many things to please has us in an emotional muddle we cannot see our way out of. 
The tragic of that is that we then can become so confused in our total exhaustion and that self destructive behaviour is the only option left. And who wants that!
So once again Graham, thank you for bringing this to BNI&#039;s attention, love Wilma.]]></description>
