Jodene Mildon from Harcourts Real Estate http://www.harcourts.co.nz in Howick is one of the founding members of our newest chapter BNI Bright Stars.  This chapter was only launched this month and already Jodene is seeing the fruits of her labours.

Jodene e-mailed me earlier this week with a wrap for a fellow chapter member.

“I am really happy today, I have closed a really good listing situated in Howick as a direct referral from a fellow chapter member.  I have listed it as a 90 day exclusive with a marketing cheque and the sellers really want to get on with the sale.  So isn’t that fantastic all I have to do is sell it now”

This is a great example of a quality referral.
