Thanks for sharing Dave it was a pleasure to be involved and participate in that awesome event on 29th November.

I had the wonderful fortune of being the BNI Director who introduced that video with Christmas wishes from all around New Zealand. We were giving for the beautiful experinece of all Christchurch BNIers gaining from our heart felt, and loving wishes.

Stay enethused for 2012.

Thanks so much for going to such an effort to say thanks! A natural disaster can happen to any one of us and as humans it’s in all of our nature to help those in need and I know our Christchurch friends would do the same for us if we were the victims of a disaster. I enjoyed every minute of packing presents and I hope 2012 brings more positivity for our friends in Christchurch.

Niki, very good article. Unfortunately New Zealand has company in the eroding customer service. It is the same in Texas and the rest of the United States too.

Great article Niki – this is a great philosophy for business and for life in general. How many of us are truly willing to hear what others have to say about us – to take their comments on board and to try and put things right? To my mind it is all about coming from a position of love – as opposed to ego. The ego based person and/or leader takes everything personally – they are not willing to hear what others have to say and if they are in business they will surround themselves with people who tell them what they want to hear.
I look forward to reading more of your articles throughout the year. Thanks also for your generous gift of placing one of your books in each of the 200 Christmas hampers donated to the members in Christchurch.
