BNI Blog – update

fiona-powell.jpg  Fional Powell – who moderates the blog on behalf of BNI has just sent me an email with an analysis of the first six months.  I thought that it was rather impressive and wanted to share this with you all :-)

-          Launched end of February (6 months ago)

-          3,048 Unique visitors

-          6,715 visits and over 16,000 page impression

-          over 21% of visitors have returned to the site ten or more times.

-          on a couple of occasions almost 400 people visited the blog in one day

-          most people come to the site directly or through a google search (for bni blog or bni) and in quite a few cases asking ‘how much does bni cost?’!!!)

-          visitors to the site came from 45 countries/territories – 86% from NZ, 5% from US and 4% from Australia.

-          Visitors spend an average of two minutes on the site reading an average of two pages (which makes sense  for a blog site where you’re usually only reading the latest post)

-          – 40 subscribers by email and unknown by RSS feed

-          20 approx active guest authors and approx 200 uploaded posts
