Interview with Richard Swan

The BNI International Conference in Long Beach last week was opened by a surprise guest – Richard Swan from the UK. We featured Richard’s BNI song on this blog a few months ago – so it was a real pleasure to meet up with him at the conference and to talk with him in person.  A good friend of mine, Jill Bode, took the opportunity to interview Richard – and captured part of his opening performance as well.
